As Pride Month draws to a close, we’re proud to share a powerful and personal interview with Andrew Chandler, one of our talented Data Analysts in Central Services, who has generously opened up about his experience as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
In this heartfelt conversation, Andy reflects on his journey, the challenges he’s faced, and what it means to be part of an organisation where diversity, equity and inclusion aren’t just buzzwords, they’re embedded in our culture.
The interview was conducted by Megan Wyton, one of our incredible Polaris People Diversity Champions. Megan brought both curiosity and care to the conversation, creating a space where Andy could speak candidly about what authenticity at work really looks like.
Andy’s story reminds us of the importance of visibility and allyship. It’s also a moment to celebrate the progress we’ve made together and to recognise that creating an inclusive workplace is ongoing work, led by all of us.
